✅ I stopped laying around scrolling the internet, and I started moving my body in ways that opened my pelvis.
✅ I stopped reading about other people’s birth stories, and I started visualizing the exact kind of birth I wanted…calm, fast, and powerful.
AND THAT’S WHEN THINGS STARTED SHIFTING FOR ME.
That’s when my confidence finally started to grow.
And when the day finally came, my labor as a first time mom was less than an hour. (truly faster than I ever could have imagined)
